Issue involved in the present petition is similar to that of petition bearing CWP No.28140 of 2022, titled Rajbir Singh vs. State of Haryana and others, which has been dismissed by this Court vide order of even date. 3.

In view of the order of even date passed in CWP No.28140 of 2022, this petition also stands dismissed.
