(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 300, dated 06.08.2019, under Sections 342, 354, 498-A of IPC (Section 323 of IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar Mohali. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 18th November, 2019, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Nathi Ram, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation, as he was found innocent during investigation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 18th November, 2019, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
