Present petition has been filed praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to lodge the FIR against respondents No.5 to 9 and to investigate the matter in a lawful, fair and impartial manner and take strict legal action against respondents No.5 to 9 or any other person who may be found to be involved in the case. It is further prayed to issue necessary directions to decide the representation, Annexure P-3, in a time-bound manner.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had been caused injuries by respondents No.5 to 9. He submits that the injuries caused to the petitioner are even proved by the MLR, dated 26.04.2024, Annexure P-2, however, till date, even on filing the representation, no action has been taken by the respondents/Agency. On asking of the Court, Mr.Sumit Jain, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.

Without entering upon an exercise to evaluate the evidentiary value of the documents placed on the file, I dispose of the petition with a direction to respondent No.3-Commissioner of Police Sonipat, to take into consideration the representation (Annexure P-5) alongwith MLR of the petitioner and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within one month from today.
