(ORAL) The petition has been filed seeking a direction to second respondent/Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran to decide the petitioners' representation dated 01.08.2025, Annexure P-3, wherein it is alleged that the petitioners are being forced to become false witnesses regarding deposit of payment in the account of the accused/fifth respondent. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case second respondent is directed to decide their pending representation, dated 01.08.2025, Annexure P-3, in a specified period.
