(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for quashing of FIR No.0065, dated 11.10.2022 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 458, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Rure Ke Kalan, District Barnala and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 15.11.2022 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
