+,, the petitioners seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 78 dated 04.07.2025 registered under Sections 333, 118(1), 115(2), 324(4)m 191(3) and 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNS') at Police Station Majitha, District Amritsar (Rural). 2.

Vide order dated 04.09.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioners were released on interim bail and was directed to join investigation. 3.

Learned State counsel on instructions states that the petitioners have joined the investigation on 30.09.2025 and they are not required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the fact that the petitioners have already joined the investigation and given the nature of allegations, their pre-trial incarceration PARVEEN SHARMA 2026.03.12 12:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-49066-2025 -2is not required. As such, without commenting on merits of case, it is observed that a case for release of petitioners on bail is made out. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the order 04.09.2025 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to compliance of conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of BNSS.

Since the main petition has been disposed of, pending application, if any, is rendered infructuous.
