At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petition, as a similar petition filed by co-accused, one Chandi Ram, i.e. CRM-M-28592-2023, thereby seeking grant of anticipatory bail, has been ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 06.06.2023.
