       When confronted with the fact that the petitioner has already availed of the remedy prescribed under Clause 10(x) of the Gazette Notification dated 04.10.2022 and has also got a further remedy of appeal under Clause 10(xi), learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue the same before the competent authority.

As prayed, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
