Aggrieved by the dismissal of the application seeking extension of time to furnish bonds, the accused had come up before this court. 2.
The respondent's counsel, who is representing the respondent/complainant in this petition, since beginning, stated at Bar that the matter stands compromised between the parties, and as such she would have no objection in the case this petition is allowed and the impugned order quashed.

Since the dispute is squarely private in nature, as such given the complainant's stand, the petition is allowed, and the interim order dated 07.01.2019, is made absolute. 4.
