The present petition has been filed seeking release of the detenue-Riya, who is stated to be the wife of petitioner. 2.

The parties are present and with the able assistance of the counsel for the parties, the matter has been resolved and the only averment made by the respondents are that they wanted the marriage to take place as per the rituals of the society but, since, the relatives of the petitioner are not ready to do the same, this remains the only concern of the respondentmother. 3.

The Court has interacted with the parties and the detenue has made a specific statement that she wants to live her matrimonial life with the petitioner but at the same time she has expressed her love and affection PARUL 2023.11.08 18:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Learned counsel for respondents No. 4 & 5 has brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has uploaded explicit photographs and certain videos on the social platforms, to which the petitioner has stated that the same was done out of frustration, as he could not contact the detenue. The petitioner has undertaken to remove all the photographs and videos from the social media expeditiously.

The petitioner is also directed to ensure that a cordial relationship and communication is maintained between the detenue and respondent No. 5, who is the mother of the detenue. Respondent No. 5 shall not interfere in the matrimonial life but will ensure that the children remain happy.

The detenue is directed to go with the petitioner from the Court itself, however, the family of the petitioner as well as respondents No. 4 & 5 shall organize a joint function demonstrating the acceptance of their marriage in the society.

Both the parties shall withdraw all the cases and complaint lodged against each other and shall not pursue the same and shall maintain peace and harmony in the society.

With the above said direction, the present petition stands disposed of.
