The present petition has been filed seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 127 dated 29.05.2025 under Sections 137(2), 96, 61(2) of BNS, 2023 (Section 64 of BNS and Section 4 of POCSO Act added later on vide DDR No. 34 dated 24.06.2025, registered at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
