Parmod & Ors." pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate First Class, Palwal, in FIR No.598 dated 11.11.2020 (Annexure P-3) under Sections 148, 149, 323 and 506 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station City Palwal, District Palwal.

The present petition is disposed of with the directions to the Trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible but preferably within a period of 01 year from the next date of hearing fixed before it. 3.
