(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing respondents No. 2 and 3 to get the dentenues, mentioned in para No. 5 of the petition, released from the illegal detention of respondent Nos. 4 to 7.

As per office report, notice could not be issued to private respondents as process fee was not filed.

Vide order dated 15.11.2019, District Magistrate was directed to depute a responsible officer to visit the premises of respondent No. 4 to ascertain whether there is any illegal detention in the brick kiln. Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly states that after filing the present petition, the detenues, mentioned in para 5 of the petition, were released.

CRWP No. 1087 of 2019 -2Status report by way of affidavit of Vinay Pratap Singh, District Magistrate, Karnal dated 30.11.2019 has been filed which is taken on record. As per the said report, no bonded labour was found in the premises of Baba Bishenpuri Bhatta Co. Marka J.D.K.K. Village Rahada, P.S and Tehsil Assandh, District Karnal i.e. respondent No. 4. In view of the above, the present petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
