Instant petition has been filed against the order dated 17.09.2018 passed by District Judge (Family Court) Rohtak vide which petitioner was directed to pay Rs.15,000/- per month as maintenance to respondent No.2 from the date of filing of petition. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no objection to pay Rs.15,000/- per month as maintenance to respondent No.2 i.e. his daughter. This Court has also been apprised that arrears of maintenance, which were due towards respondent No.2, stand deposited before the Registry of this Court.

Registry is directed to disburse the said amount to the respondent No.2 through her mother and natural guardian against proper receipt and identification.
