Present writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned letter dated 28.09.2023 (Annexure P-13) passed by respondent No.2 vide which petition filed by respondent No.3 was allowed and eviction order of the petitioner was passed in illegal and arbitrary manner. Further prayer has been made for directing respondent No.1 to decide the appeal within stipulated time and for staying the operation of impugned order dated 28.09.2023 and demolition of the Weigh Bridge during the pendency of the present petition. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
