(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0113 dated 04.03.2019 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 120-B, 420, 466, 467, 468, 471 of IPC, 1860 and Sections 13(2), 13(1) (D), 9 of the Prevention and Corruption Act, 1988 registered at Police Station City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad, Haryana.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 15.01.2026 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 15.01.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
