HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, is for issuance of direction to the Director General of Police, Haryana to mark the FIR No.343 dated 18.06.2022, registered under Sections 406, 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Gohana Sadar, District Sonipat (Annexure P-1) to a Special Investigating Team and also to decide the representation dated 27.06.2022 (Annexure P-13) and reminder dated 12.09.2022 (Annexures P-14). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail other remedy(ies) available to him and raise all pleas in accordance with law.
