(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 29.11.2022 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, whereby he has been summoned through non-bailable warrants of arrest in case FIR No.0108 dated 22.06.2020 under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Samrala, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana, Punjab.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition.
