(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus to get the dentenues, mentioned in para No. 4 of the petition, released from the illegal detention of respondent No. 4.

Vide order dated 15.11.2019, District Magistrate was directed to depute a responsible officer to visit the premises of respondent No. 4 to ascertain whether there is any illegal detention in the brick kiln. Learned State counsel has filed the compliance report dated 2.12.2019 of District Magistrate, Panchkula which is taken on record. As per the said report, no bonded labour was found present in the premises of respondent No. 4 and the detenues mentioned in the petition have left for their native village.
