The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 24.04.2025 passed in CWP-221162024, whereby, direction was issued to the respondent to pass a specific order after taking into consideration the case of the petitioner. 2.
Learned counsel for respondent contends that in compliance of order dated 24.04.2025, affidavit of Dr. Manish Bansal, Director General, Health Services, Haryana, Sector 6, Panchkula dated 02.12.2025 along with speaking orders dated 14.11.2025, 19.11.2025, 28.11.2025 and 21.11.2025 as Annexure R-2 to Annexure R-5, respectively has been filed. Copy of the same has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner and is also taken on record.

A perusal of speaking orders dated 14.11.2025, 19.11.2025, 28.11.2025 and 21.11.2025 shows that order dated 24.04.2025 passed in CWP-22116-2024 has been complied with.

In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
