The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 24.04.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-22224-2024, whereby direction was issued to the respondents to pass specific order after considering the claim of the petitioners.

In compliance of the order dated 24.04.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-22224-2024, compliance affidavit dated 13.01.2026 of Jitender Kumar, IAS, Director Secondary Education, Haryana, along with speaking orders (Annexures R-1 to R-3) of different dates, has been filed on behalf of respondent No.3 and short reply by way of affidavit dated 05.02.2026 of Navneet Gupta, Principal Accountant General, O/o The Principal Accountant General (A&E), Haryana, has been filed on VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.03.19 10:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP-4449-2025 (O&M) -2behalf of respondent No.4 before the Registry. The same are taken on record.

Today in compliance of the aforesaid order dated 24.04.2025, learned counsel for the respondents has produced two speaking orders dated 12.12.2025 passed by the Principal, GSSS Chahar Kalan, Bhiwani, and 15.12.2025 passed by the Additional Director Administration, O/o Director General Elementary Education, Haryana, in Court. The same are also taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

A perusal of above orders shows that order dated 24.04.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-22224-2024 has been complied with.

In view of the above, since order dated 24.04.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-22224-2024, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 6.

Needless to say that the petitioners are at liberty to avail remedy as is available to them in accordance with law to challenge the aforesaid speaking orders.
