*** PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari. Petitioner herein has impugned the order dated 29.09.2022 whereby services of the petitioner stand terminated after dealership of the Kiosk being operated in the premises of Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh stands withdrawn.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to dispute the fact that the services of the petitioner were engaged through an outsourcing agency-respondent No.3.

CWP No. 28145 of 2022 Keeping in view the aforesaid fact, this Court is of the considered opinion that the present petition impugning the order of termination would not be maintainable before this Court. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek her remedies in accordance with law.
The present petition stands dismissed.
