Dated Police Station Sections 18.11.2023 Civil Lines, Police Commissionerate Amritsar 420 & 120-B IPC Seeking quashing of the above captioned FIR along with all subsequent proceedings, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 528 BNSS 2023.

On instructions from ASI Jatinder Singh, State counsel submits that petitioner's anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 30.08.2024 passed in CRM-M18997-2024, because he did not join the investigation and the police is now looking for him. 3.
Faced with this, petitioner's counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate application, the moment police report, if any, is filed before the concerned Court.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application, within 15 days from filing of police report before the concerned Court. It is clarified that if such application is filed, Magistrate shall decide the same in accordance with law. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
