Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a roving writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for release of alleged detenue, Muskan (daughter of petitioner), who is stated to be in the illegal custody of respondents No.4 to 10. 2.

Status report has already been filed. A perusal of Para 3 of the said report reveals that FIR No.141 dated 21.10.2023, under Section 346 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, has been registered in the matter at Police Station Sadar Sohana, District Gurugram.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition and the same is dismissed.
