(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.203 dated 25.11.2024 registered under Sections 109, 132, 221, 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25(6) & 25(7) of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Pasyana, District Patiala.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
