The present two petitions have been filed, one at the behest of the children namely Muskan Devi and Parveen Kumar, who are claiming themselves to be living in a live-in relationship and the second petition is a habeas corpus filed by the parents of Muskan Devi claiming that their daughter is in illegal detention of Parveen Kumar, who is a co-petitioner in CRWP-10580-2023.

The parties were relegated to the Mediation Centre of this Court and the counsel for the parties have very fairly submitted that the girl wants to live her life with Parveen Kumar and the only impediment is that Parveen Kumar has yet not attained the age of marriage which he will attain within 04 months and will solemnize marriage with Muskan Devi. 3.
It is also submitted by Parveen Kumar that he will take appropriate care of Muskan Devi and shall ensure that they will try to restore the harmony between the families.

However, in light of the above, Muskan Devi is directed to be released from the Nari Niketan and shall join the company of Parveen Kumar and for the said purpose, the parents of Parveen Kumar namely Raghbir Singh and Santosh shall file appropriate affidavit for taking the custody of Muskan Devi.

At this stage, Parveen Kumar has informed this Court that his mother-Santosh is present in Court and she will execute the affidavit and submit the same to Nari Niketan for taking the custody of Muskan Devi. 6.
It is expected that both the parties shall keep in touch with each other and communicate so that a family could reconcile. 7.
In light of the above, no further orders are required to be passed and the petitions stand disposed of 8.
A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of another connected case.
