2. Learned counsel contends that the father of the petitioner was employed as F & B Service with Haryana Tourism at Red Bishop, Sector-6 Panchkula and had passed away on 04.10.2022. Thus he is entitled for compassionate appointment or financial assistance under the rules, with regard to which a representation dated 02.08.2024 (Annexure P-4), has been submitted by him, but the same has yet not evoked any response.He thus, at this stage on instructions from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 3. Notice of motion.
