MADAAN Present:- Mr. Rahul Sahrma, Advocate for the applicant. *** Applicant Joslen, by way of filing the present application seeks transfer of divorce petition filed by her husband Shamsher Singh against her under Section 10 of Divorce Act, 1869 titled 'Shamsher Singh Vs. Joslen' pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Kaithal to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Chandigarh.

The applicant has attached copy of petition under Section 10 of Divorce Act, 1869. In para No. 6 of the said petition there are specific allegation that respondent-wife has committed adultery with her brother-inlaw Pintu and in the month of January, 2017 petitioner-husband therein and mother-in-law found her in a compromise position with Pintu. Despite being asked, she did not mend her ways.
