(Oral) Petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to respondent No.1 - Additional District Magistrate (Exercising the power of District Magistrate under the SARFAESI Act, 2002) for providing physical possession of the mortgaged asset to the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that during the pendency of the writ petition, the loan account of the borrower/guarantor has been settled. Accordingly, a prayer was made that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
