The present peƟƟon has been filed under SecƟon 528 of BNSS, 2023 for issuance of direcƟons to respondents No.2 and 3 to invesƟgate the maƩer properly and to add SecƟon 326 IPC in above capƟoned FIR.

NoƟce served upon the official respondent through the State's counsel. Given the nature of order, this Court proposes to pass, neither the response of official respondent nor issuance of noƟce to the private respondent is required. 3.
The peƟƟoner's grievance is that the corresponding provision which would relate to the injury received and weapon used have not been added. 4.
However, State counsel on instrucƟons submits that the argument is incorrect and the right secƟon has already been inserted. 5.
Be that as it may, let the invesƟgator to put up the case file before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur for its perusal, who shall himself/herself verify the invesƟgaƟon and shall issue necessary direcƟon to the invesƟgator, if need so arise. 6.
Given above, the present peƟƟon stands disposed of with aforesaid observaƟons. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
