The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 30.04.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-8923-2025, whereby respondent was directed to consider and decide the representation dated 28.01.2025 filed by the petitioner by passing a speaking order.

In compliance of the order dated 30.04.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-8923-2025, compliance report by way of affidavit dated 27.02.2026 of Girish Dayalan, IAS, Managing Director, The Punjab State Cooperative Bank Ltd. Chandigarh, along with speaking order dated 19.02.2026 (Annexure R-1), has been filed on behalf of the respondent before the Registry. The same is taken on record. Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the aforesaid speaking order dated 19.02.2026 (Annexure R-1). 6.
