Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefits of additional ten per cent of the basic pay plus dearness allowance as per clause 11 of the Teacher Transfer Policy 2016 (amended from time to time).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case they are permitted to make fresh representation(s) before the concerned respondents raising the grievance as has been raised in this petition, and the same may be ordered to be decided within a specified period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, contends that in case any such representation(s) is/are filed by the petitioners within two weeks from today, the same will be decided by the concerned respondent nos.2 and 3-Director Elementary Education/Director Secondary Education, as the case may be, by passing a speaking order thereupon in accordance with law within three months of receiving the same.
