The present petition has been filed for seeking directions to the respondents to conduct a fair and independent investigation in case bearing FIR No. 05 dated 18.03.2023 registered under Sections 420, 447, 468, 471 of the IPC at Police Station NRI District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana. 2.
