Custody certificate dated 07.01.2025 filed in Court today is taken on record, as per which, the petitioner has undergone custody period of 08 months and 12 days as an undertrial. Learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Permitted to do so.
