Affidavit dated 07.12.2025 of Balvinder Singh, Executive Engineer (B&R), Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana, is taken on record. CWP-25848-2025 3.
By referring to the affidavit, Mr. Rakesh Roy, Advocate, counsel for respondents No.2 and 3, submits that the bill, appended as Annexure P-2, is the first running bill, as work has not been completed. He states that a payment of Rs.69,95,051/-, was recommended after scrutiny of the bill and making deductions. He states that amount of Rs.8,27,547/-, has been paid.
