(ORAL) Since the cancellation report has been filed, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a protest petition against the cancellation report. Regarding second prayer for protection, he wants to reserve his rights to file a fresh petition before this Court, in case there is any threat perception.
