This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 18.01.2011 passed in CWP-18247-2010. 2.

Vide order dated 18.01.2011 passed in CWP-18247-2010 it was directed that the petitioners would not be dispossessed till an alternate site is allotted to them. The petitioners approached the Court alleging that a notice dated 03.03.2025 had been sent to them wherein it was stated that a dairy was illegally being run.

Today learned State counsel has filed a compliance report by way of an affidavit of Sh. Pradeep Dahiya, Commissioner of Police, Municipal Corporation, Gurugram, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. In para 23 of the affidavit it has been stated that notice dated 03.03.2025 has since been withdrawn and in case of any JITENDER KUMAR 2025.11.04 10:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

COCP-5005-2025 -2nuisance created by the petitioners, a notice would be issued to them in accordance with law and keeping in view the order dated 18.01.2011 passed by this Court in CWP-18247-2010.

In view of the compliance report, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged.
