Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 09.09.2024 whereby execution petition stands dismissed as withdrawn on the statement made by the decree-holder (petitioner herein) with liberty to the decree-holder to revive the execution petition if the Manager does not transfer the amount of Rs.3500/- every month in the account of the decree-holder (petitioner herein).

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the order dated 09.09.2024 ought to be set aside and the amount be enhanced to Rs.3500/- per month with future interest @ 24% per annum or full payment of Rs.5,00,000/- with interest @ 24% per annum and property of the respondent-father should be attached and the same be put to sale and the petitioner be given half share.

In the present case, on a statement made by the petitioner herein, the execution petition was dismissed as withdrawn. Having made a statement herself it does not now lie in the mouth of the petitioner to challenge the said order on the ground that the amount should be enhanced. 5.
In view of the above, the present revision petition being devoid of any merits is accordingly dismissed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
