(Oral) At this stage, the counsel for the respondent submits that amicable settlement has been reached between the parties to the lis and the petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, has been filed and even, statements of first motion have already been recorded. Also, it is submitted that the respondent has filed an application before learned Family Court, for withdrawal of the divorce petition, which is sought to be transferred through this application and the same is also fixed before learned Family Court, for day after tomorrow i.e. 01.05.2025. In the given circumstances, a prayer is made for disposal of the transfer application.

In view of the statement got recorded by the counsel for the respondent, at this stage, the counsel for the applicant submits that he does Sonu 2025.04.30 16:05 I agree to specified portions of this document P&HHC
