The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking issuance of direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the appeal dated 23.12.2024 (Annexure P-9) filed by respondent No. 4 in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal dated 23.12.2024 (Annexure P-9) filed by respondent No. 4 in relation to mutation No. 1458, Village Mandala, Tehsil Khadoor Sahib, District Tarn Taran has been finally argued and the matter was fixed for orders on various dates and presently, the same stands adjourned to 03.09.2025 and the petitioner would be satisfied, if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No. 2 to decide the same in a time bound manner.

On advance service of copy of petition, appears on behalf of the respondent(s)-State KANCHAN 2025.09.05 14:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
and submits that in probabilities the matter will be decided on the date fixed i.e. 03.09.2025 and not in any case beyond the period of four weeks thereafter.

Keeping in view the aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, no further order is required to be passed and the present writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
