*** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 is for directing the official respondents No.2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner which is under eminent threat at the hands of official respondents; as the respondent no. 4 (Wife) has been repeatedly filing/forwarding the same complaint dated 03.10.2023 (Annexure P-4) to different police authorities, despite the same complaint having been investigated, decided and filed, thrice, by different police authorities.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, his grievance has been redressed and, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
