**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 0035 dated 11.2.2019, registered under Section 379 IPC and Section 21 of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, Police Station Pinjore, District Panchkula. At the outset learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Anand, submits that there are some other cases pending against the petitioner out of which, he has been acquitted in some cases. Keeping in view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The petition is dismissed.
