Mr. Hitesh Pandit, Addl.A.G Haryana RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is participating in the selection process for the post of TGT (Physica Education). He is seeking direction to the respondents to consider him under the Outstanding Sports Person (OSP) General category. In the column with regard participation at the National and International level, the petitioner had given his answer in the affirmative i.e. 'Yes'. Thereafter, during scrutiny of documents, he had shown his certificates. The petitioner has secured 66 marks and the last candidate in OSP General category, who has been called for interview, has got 62 marks.
Learned State counsel has produced the result of the petitioner in a sealed cover, which has been opened by the Reader of this Court. As per result, the petitioner has secured 64 marks in written examination and 15 marks in viva voice (total 79 marks), which is lesser than the last candidate in the OSP General Category who has secured 93 marks and the cut of for waiting list is 82 marks. Dismissed.
The result has been returned back in original to learned State counsel in the Court today.
