The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking directions to the respondents to release arrears of revised pension along with Dearness Allowance in terms of Punjab Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2021. 2.

Mr. B.S.Sidhu submits that the issue involved is no more res-integra. The instant petition may be disposed of in the light of order dated 20.09.2023 passed by this Court in CWP No.16597 of 2023 and order dated 25.07.2016 passed in CWP No.12980 of 2015. 3.
