(ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 612 dated 11.6.2018, registered under Sections 420 and 506 IPC, Police Station Central Faridabad, District Faridabad. Vide order dated 21.11.2019 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 21.11.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sunil Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no more required for any further investigation.
