RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) The present petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents for declaring the result of advertisement No. 1/2000 for the post of Social Education and Panchayat Officer as without declaring the result of the above said advertisement, the respondents have now started the process of appointment of Social Education and Panchayat Officer vide advertisement No. 7/2015.

At the very outset, the present petition is liable to be dismissed on the ground of delay, as the petitioner participated for the post of Social Education and Panchayat Officer under Advertisement No. 1/2000 and he has approached this Court for issuance of direction to the respondents to finalise the result of the above advertisement, now after a gap of 18 years.
