This petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned transfer order, dated 4.10.2023, qua the petitioner vide which he has been transferred to Faridabad district by showing as 1st preference whereas it is the 20th and the Hisar district is the 1st preference submitted by the petitioner, Annexure P-3, dated 2.10.2023, and a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to submit his option for allotment of the Block in district Fatehabad, as many of his juniors have been allotted the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case the respondents are directed to decide his pending representation dated 6.10.2023, Annexure P-6, in a specified period.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2/Director Elementary Education, Haryana, to consider and decide the pending representation dated 6.10.2023 of the petitioner, before the commencement of transfer drive of teachers, by passing a speaking order thereupon in accordance with law.
