The petitioners through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondents to allot paddy to petitioners as per Custom Milling Policy for KMS 2023-24. 2.

The respondents have framed Custom Milling Policy for KMS 2023-24 and in the said policy mode and manner of allotment has been prescribed. The petitioners are entitled to allocation of paddy as per the policy.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondents are not allocating paddy in accordance with the policy. 4.

Learned State counsel who on advance notice is present in Court, asserts and assures the Court that petitioners would be allocated paddy in accordance with the policy.
