(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 43 dated 22.06.2021 under Section 21/25 of NDPS Act ( Sections 21(c)/29/61/85 of NDPS Act as mentioned in the order dated 21.09.2022) registered at Police Station Harike, District Tarn Taran.

In paragraph 8 of the petition, the petitioner has mentioned that he has involved in two more criminal cases. However, State counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has involvement in eleven more cases. Given above, the present petition is misconceived and the same is dismissed. Liberty reserved to the petitioner to file a fresh petition. State to hand over the custody certificate to the counsel for the petitioner to enable him to file a fresh petition. All pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
