Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions, contends that as per the original record of selection, in the application form for the post of Field Assistant (category 359) the petitioner mentioned that he has experience from 11.07.2019 to 05.07.2024, but the experience certificate attached therewith was for the period from 11.01.2019 to 05.07.2024. Only because of wrong mentioning of the fact by the petitioner, his experience certificate for the post in question could not be inadvertently considered. His candidature will now be considered under category 359 by taking into account his experience from 11.01.2019 to 05.07.2024, and decision to recommend him on that basis, subject to eligibility, will be taken within four weeks.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 3.
